Key Property Management is a locally owned and operated company built on decades of hands-on experience. Our small but dedicated team brings a combined 40 years of expertise in property management and property services. Founded by a mother-daughter duo, Key Property Management is led by Imelda Ortega, our Broker and Property Management Leader, who has worked in the industry since 1998. Imelda’s background includes extensive experience managing multifamily apartment communities and Section 8 housing, bringing a deep understanding of both compliance and community care.
